Ⅰ Product description :
I plant the production of non-woven polyester fiber electrician (7031), with polyester staple fiber (PET) as a raw material, hot-rolled bonding manufacture, use machinery manufactured in a manner carded fiber orientation distribution.
Has a high heat resistance, excellent dielectric properties and impregnation, fabric smooth, and small thickness deviation, high tensile strength, neat appearance.

Ⅱ Technical Parameters :
1.Exterior
Non-woven surface should be smooth, and orderly winding, no damage and pollution. The thickness deviation is allowed inside neps, fibers and the like.
2.Size
(1).7031 Supply of non-woven fabric rolls, each roll diameter of not less than 250mm, each volume of not more than three paragraphs, the smallest segment of not less than 100mm, each clearly marked. Paper tube inside diameter of 76mm.
(2).7031 non-woven maximum width of 1500mm, the allowable deviation ± 5mm.
(3).7031 non-woven fabric thickness and tolerances shall comply with the requirements of Table 1

The physical and mechanical properties

Ⅲ Packaging, labeling, storage :
1.Packaging: non-woven with plastic wrap each roll, then a layer of waterproof plastic bag outsourcing, die with the corresponding ends of the wood core or plastic core plugged.
2.Logo: packaging bags should identify the manufacturer, product name, type, size, batch number, net weight, production date and other signs.
3.Storage: 7031 non-woven fabric should be stored below 40 ℃ in a cool, dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse, not near the fire and Heating, shall be subjected to direct sunlight, the storage period of 1 year.

Widely used in composite materials (DMD, DM, DMDM), Mica reinforcing materials, electrical laminates, insulating paint Buji Bu, electrical appliances, transformers, motors coil ends bandaged, but also for small, flexible cable, civilian electrical cables, communications cables, and various types of paper instead of an insulating material.
